If you purchase any of our digital products and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to coley@coachedbycoley.com
• Please include your name, email address and order number in your refund request

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Any third-party products, tools or services purchased separately

Order Bumps and Upsells

Order bumps and upsell products purchased alongside or following your initial purchase are covered under the same 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of the original transaction.
